Reflecting on My Interview on Howling at the Moon

Being a guest on Howling at the Moon Episode 30, titled "Are Lightworkers Falling Short? Starseeds, Energy and Love Frequencies with Vibecke Garnaas," was an experience that felt both empowering and deeply reaffirming. It’s not every day you get to sit down and explore profound questions about life, energy, and purpose in such an open, heartfelt way.

This wasn’t just a conversation; it was a soul-deep exchange—a chance to reflect on the current challenges lightworkers like us often face.  Together with Host Heather Leigh Strom, we dove into the complexities of fulfilling our spiritual mission and reframing our energy to align with higher frequencies of unconditional love.

What We Explored

During the episode, we asked some hard questions. Are we, as lightworkers, truly stepping into our highest potential? Are we living in ways that reflect the flow of abundance, grace, and love?

One of the most powerful themes we discussed was the power of observation—a gentle but powerful practice that transforms the way you respond to the challenges and emotions life throws your way. Rather than reacting in a storm of frustration or fear, I encourage you to adopt an observer's role, asking yourself questions like, “Where is this coming from? What do I want to take from this experience?”

I shared how tuning into that higher perspective creates space to choose joy, love, and intention over doubt. It’s a chance to break free from old patterns and rewrite your path forward in alignment with the universe’s flow.

Another topic close to my heart is the importance of filling your own cup. Too often, as lightworkers, our empathetic nature drives us to pour all of ourselves into others until we’re running on empty. But true, unconditional love begins with self-nurturing. When we care for ourselves first, the love and light we offer radiate out more authentically and powerfully.

The Call to a Higher Perspective

One of the key takeaways from our conversation was the importance of vibrating at the frequency of love. The universe mirrors back the energy we project—whether it’s love, scarcity, joy, or fear. By tuning into love and abundance, instead of scarcity or lack, we align with the greater creative flow of the universe. This is where transformation happens.

I also shared insights on recognizing old patterns and choosing to replace them with mindful, intentional action. The 4th Dimension, as I see it, is a beautiful space where we become the observer of our lives. There, we can pause, reflect, and start intentionally creating the energy we wish to see ripple out into the world.
